Sorry it took so long for me to reply, I dont check this often. But I made it for my brother and I tried to document it as much as I could. Here is a video that was thrown together of the process.

All of the equipment used you can pretty much see. It's mostly just a baseball helmet, cardboard, a shitload of bondo, Coke cans, a tinted plastic visor, etc.

The helmet is a baseball helmet, cardboard, tape, Bondo, silver spraypaint, glue and tinted plastic.

The gloves are just made from a spraypainted plastic cutting board on black gloves.
